Natural Products From Whole Foods That I Love
Jun 14, 2017I’ve tried many natural products from Whole Foods, and these are my current favorites.
I thought I’d let you know my top four that I have stored for the summer, because I have too many to name in one post!
Plus, switching to toxic-free products can be daunting if you don’t know where to begin!
Whole Foods has many locations, but if you’re not close to a store or just don’t want to fight the traffic….I’ve listed them below for easy shopping. Just click the green links and it will direct you to product information:
1). Renpure Coconut Oil – massive benefits for health and beauty. I’ll do a separate post about that later. For now, just trust me, and stock up. Right now you can get two jars for under $25.
2). Primal Paste Deodorant – Most natural deodorants I’ve tried work okay, but this one I truly love. I apply in the morning before my workout and I reapply around 2pm. My favorite scents for summer are coconut lime and this one! I do prefer the roll on so I can carry it in my purse without fearing it will spill.
3). Soap Girl Mask – I’m always testing masks because there’s nothing better than drawing toxins from the inside out! I like these clay masks because I add 1 teaspoon of almond milk to 1 teaspoon of the mask inside of my favorite bowl and voila! It’s ready for use! The next time I use 1 teaspoon of the clay mask, I’ll switch out the milk for yogurt to change it up!
4). Paddywax Candle – soy waxed. made in America. what’s not to love? I burn the Vanilla + Oakmoss on my nightstand before bed, because the vanilla attracts sexuality, plus it’s Paul’s second favorite scent. #winwin
I burn the Sweet Cream + Honey during the day because it’s subtle, welcoming and it just makes me happy!! Paddywax has many options in various price points, but I like these because they’re inexpensive and I clean the jars out and use them for storage when I’m done! If you’re a big fragrance diffuser person, check out this one
