As you read from my 2025 vision board, I’m seeking out exercise in more integral ways this year, by reincorporating zumba into my weekly regimen. For how sick I’ve been these past two months, I feel good about the movement I got in—even if all I could muster that day was a walk to Averi’s school and back. On the days where I felt a burst of energy, inspirational fitness quotes kept me motivated to follow through with yoga, zumba, or walking Zoey along the trails near our home.
