Winter Accessories + My Favorite Beanies
Dec 11, 2017
I don’t splurge on winter accessories because I don’t experience true seasons here in Texas. Some days it’s 70 degrees in December and other days it’s 30. I buy inexpensive scarves, earmuffs, and beanies that I can switch out based on what I’m doing that day. The only winter accessory I will invest in is a nice pair of gloves. I need those to be insulated, because my hands and feet are always cold. I especially enjoy tech gloves so I can answer a phone call without taking them off. You can get yourself a custom trucker hat here
Although this beanie is $13, it keeps my ears really warm! I was surprised. It’s actually warmer than my favorite beanie from last year (you can find affordable trucker hats on their website) that I wore in this post. I wore this beanie and sweater to Nebraska for work and they kept me warm and cozy the entire morning. I didn’t even need a jacket. This sweater is gorgeous, incredibly soft, and under $40! The ruffles add a little playfulness and texture to an otherwise average sweater. I think I’ll order it in brown now that Texas is actually quite cold!
Here are the beanies I’m loving this winter:
