End Of Year Reflection

Before diving into a new year, I like to carve out time for reflecting on the current one. I have much to be grateful for and taking inventory of these blessings (both big and small) keeps me grounded. Journaling is a practical way to implement this consistent practice of optimism as it helps me process what I’m appreciative of and what I’d like to leave behind. It also clarifies where the health of my heart, soul, mind, and body have been in the past year, and how I’d like to improve. Before setting new goals for 2024, try taking a day or two for a much-needed end of year reflection with help from some of the items below.
