Making A Healthy Snack With The Girls

One of my favorite nourishing snacks lately: Anti-Inflammatory Granola. It’s the perfect healthy snack for 2026, and my girls love it too.

You’ll need:
2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp sweet spice blend
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup hemp hearts (add after baking)
½ cup dried cherries (add after baking)

How to:
Mix oats, pecans, sunflower seeds, salt, spice blend, and ginger. Stir in olive oil and maple syrup. Spread on parchment, bake at 300° for 15–20 min. Cool, break into clusters, then stir in hemp hearts + cherries.
