With the rush of school and work in the mornings, not every day starts with an extensive, homemade breakfast. Many times, Paul and I will serve something quick like: bananas with peanut butter toast, smoothies, or scrambled eggs with avocados. On the weekends, we might take more time in the kitchen before church or our daughter’s games to whip up something delicious.
