Fun Valentine’s Recipe

These Valentine’s cookies might be the cutest things to come out of the kitchen this week. My girls LOVED creating the heart shapes with their thumbprints.
What you need:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar, for rolling cookies in
